Please rest assured, you have not misunderstood the product. The suction cup is designed to be mounted on completely smooth surfaces, such as tile, glass, plastic, or metal. It will not adhere properly to textured or uneven surfaces, including some types of tile.

It is also important to clean both the surface and the suction cup thoroughly before mounting. You’ll find this information under “Care and Use” on our website. Here's a quick reminder:

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Ensure both surfaces are dry to avoid fingerprints.
• Clean both the suction cup and the mounting surface carefully using warm water or an oil-free cleaner before attaching.

I would like to know if we can use one of your images/pictures in the catalogues? If ok, can I have the image sent to me as an image file (jpg, PNG or similar), so that the resolution is high and good for printing?

You are of course welcome to use one of our images in your catalogue. I will send you  the selected image as a high-resolution file in JPG.
